About Us
Thomas Paul Constructions is a well-established builder of both residential and commercial properties, based on the Central Coast. With a strong reputation for reliability and client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead projects from planning through to completion.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with NSW construction regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects
* Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, and schedules
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
* Ensure compliance with construction, environmental, and quality standards
* Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients
* Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues proactively
* Oversee procurement and contract administration
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of NSW building regulations and construction practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience with project management software and reporting tools
* White Card and valid driver’s license required
