The customer service team plays a pivotal role in providing service excellence across our business, and strives to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. We currently have a full-time position available within our friendly and dedicated Customer Service team based in Dandenong South, Victoria.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, in this role, you will:
- Be a Customer Service Champion! This means:
- Ensuring customer orders are met and goods are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Responding to product enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders
- Making sure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and service
- Become a product expert in the products related to your role –learning about our diverse product range is part of the fun of working at B&D;
What we’re looking for
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- D365 knowledge – a big advantage!
- An interest in continuous improvement and exploring new systems
- 2+ years in a sales or client-focused role
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
- Tech confidence (Microsoft Office and beyond)
