We are expanding our Brisbane team in the new year and are looking for a driven 360 Recruiter who wants to build a lucrative career in a supportive, specialised environment.
About the Role
This is a true 360 role involving a healthy mix of New Business Development and Account Management.
You will build your own portfolio of medium-to-large clients within the Engineering and Technical sales space. Your goal is to become their long-term partner for recruitment needs. Because we operate on an exclusive model, once you bring a client on board, your work becomes highly consultative: understanding their technical hiring needs, advising decision-makers, and managing the project through to completion.

Responsibilities
* Prospect and pitch our Exclusive and Retained recruitment solutions to new clients in the Mechanical & Electrical sectors.
* Manage and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as an extension of their business.
* Deeply understand client hiring needs (technical and cultural) to deliver precision matches.
* Sourcing and interviewing high-quality technical talent.
* Meet and exceed personal sales targets to drive your commission.
Skills & Experience
To be successful at Limitless Recruitment, you must have previous sales experience (B2B preferred) or previous recruitment experience. We are open to sales professionals looking to step into recruitment, provided you know how to work to targets and close deals. We are looking for:
* Proven experience in a target-driven environment.
* The ability to speak confidently with Directors and Engineering leaders.
* A competitive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
* We are a small, agile team; you need to be self-motivated and proactive.
* A desire to earn strong money and progress your career alongside the business growth.
