This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across HubSpot CRM, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels. * Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp. * Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns. * Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting. * Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot. * Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results. * Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels. * Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations. * Assist in developing thought-leadership content for monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications. About You * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation * 3+ years in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on HubSpot, social media, and paid advertising strategies. * Experience with graphic design, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, is highly advantageous. * Proven ability to develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
