Assist the ecommerce team in delivering the digital strategy and providing a superior online shopping experience. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover.Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Website Management & Maintenance:Drive online sales to meet financial targets and profit budgets, ensuring the customer experience reflects brand values.Manage online product merchandising, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.Collaborate with product and SEO teams to optimize product delivery, search rankings, and content.Audit live site for errors and work with relevant teams for fixes.Support pricing, promotions, and trade plan alignment with marketing campaigns.Website & Marketing Content:Implement digital content marketing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.Manage online campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of assets.Support email marketing and CRM initiatives to grow the subscriber base and improve campaign performance.Customer Experience:Act as the ecommerce ambassador, supporting the customer service team to deliver outstanding online service.Update FAQs and service pages based on customer feedback.Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless customer experience.Trade and Sales:Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and analyze industry trends.Web Development Support:Assist with troubleshooting, new feature implementation, and site testing.Contribute to performance reports and product merchandising strategies.What we are looking for:3-5 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role, preferably in footwear retail or wholesale.Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.
