Due to extensive growth, our client is looking for a General Manager to join their team with a hands-on approach and able to hit the ground the running in a newly created position. Position Details: This senior leadership role is suited to someone who understands the fast-paced nature of residential construction and earthworks. You will be responsible for leading operations, overseeing projects, and driving business growth, mainly responsible for the below: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential earthmoving projects Lead and manage a small team of 7 operators, and 1 administrator, ensuring services meet legal and safety requirements Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers How can I be successful?
