Key Responsibilities
* Create comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
* Analyze project plans and specifications to identify required resources.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in civil construction/plumbing.
* Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Expert Estimation).
