The Opportunity: We have an exciting role as Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full‐time position reports to the State Operations Manager and involves taking ownership of the centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team, and significantly impacting day‐to‐day operational running of the site. The role offers opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the larger AMA Group.
Responsibilities
* Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre‐accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre‐accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site operates profitably; prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs and management reports to understand site performance.
* Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site, maintain staffing levels and processes, and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS): keep the site safe by maintaining the WHS management system, ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and reporting & actioning safety incidents/near misses immediately.
