Role Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced contract administrator to join our team delivering a major mining project.
The role will involve managing construction and services contracts on-site, supporting successful delivery across all stages of the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer construction and services contracts on-site in line with project and company procedures.
* Support the contracts manager in contractor performance, claims handling, and risk management.
* Liaise with site teams (engineering, planning, HSE, and quality) to ensure contract deliverables are achieved.
* Manage contract documentation, including variations, site instructions, EOTs, and claims.
* Participate in contractor meetings, provide commercial input, and ensure timely closeout of contract.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, law, or related field (MCIPS/RIQS preferred).
* Significant experience in contracts administration within EPCM/EPC project environments, ideally in the resources sector.
* Strong working knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and claims management.
* Proficient in procurement and project systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex).
* High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong HSE focus.
