This role provides operational support to the Guest Services team by overseeing guest services, reservations, administration, maintenance, and housekeeping, supporting the Front Office Manager while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert knowledge on Maya Maya, Mandoon Estate, and the surrounding area to exceed guest expectations;
* Assigning rooms based on guest preferences and handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person;
* Assisting with billing verification, group bookings, and conducting room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation;
* Conducting scheduled maintenance tasks, coordinating with the maintenance team, and reporting programmed maintenance while engaging Head of Departments.
