A well-established FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support business performance through insightful analysis, forecasting and strong stakeholder partnering across operations.
This is a hands‐on commercial finance role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, translating numbers into actions, and influencing decisions that drive profitability and operational improvement.
The role reports into the finance function, and you will partner with key stakeholders to deliver timely reporting, forward‐looking forecasts, and commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead/support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
* Deliver accurate monthly reporting, variance analysis and performance insights
* Partner with operations/manufacturing to improve cost control and efficiency
* Support working capital/cashflow initiatives and financial governance
* Identify commercial risks/opportunities and provide recommendations
* Build and maintain models to support pricing, investment and strategic decisions
* Drive continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes
About You
* Demonstrated experience in commercial finance / FP&A / management accounting within manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong analytical capability and ability to simplify complex data for non‐finance stakeholders
* Confident business partnering skills with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach
* Advanced Excel skills (ERP/reporting tool exposure highly regarded)
* Relevant tertiary qualification (CA/CPA or working towards is desirable)
