The role involves leading the development and execution of the national commercial strategy, establishing performance targets, refining strategies based on market dynamics and organizational changes, driving a culture of high performance, managing complex stakeholder relationships, developing and implementing content strategies, commissioning, curating, and editing content, utilizing data insights to refine strategies, and maximizing ROI across content and campaign activities.
* Strategic leadership with a proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies within a complex environment.
* Extensive experience in leading high-performing teams to achieve sustained revenue growth and strategic business outcomes.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and optimize budget allocation.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
* Proficiency in content management systems and data analytics tools.
* Excellent communication and editing skills with a keen understanding of journalism and advertising regulations.
