About the role
This is a permanent full-time role in the Water and Sewerage team and is based at Council’s Administration Office located in Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of minor capital works, asset renewals and maintenance projects that support safe drinking water and effective wastewater services. They will ensure all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and sustainably, with a strong customer focus. The role also involves supervising staff in line with Council’s values and WHS requirements and providing support for occasional out‑of‑hours responses.
The starting salary for this position is $3,254.51 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation.

Your Application Will Further Demonstrate
Demonstrated experience implementing Work Health and Safety requirements.Proven experience leading and managing people and teams.Experience coordinating minor works, capital projects and/or asset renewals in the water and sewerage or related industry.Understanding of regulatory requirements, quality control and safety practices relevant to construction projects.Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively balancing timelines, resources and budgetsStrong communication and collaboration skills.
