This role blends account management (client service and relationship building) with project management (planning, execution, and delivery), ensuring seamless project outcomes aligned with our reputation for quality signage solutions.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing signage projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that we consistently meet our high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
 * Managing signage projects from planning through to delivery
 * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the highest quality outcomes
About You:
 * Experience in account management is essential
 * Project management skills: proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 * Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
