Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of experienced Property Managers, Business Development Managers and Leasing Consultants.
* Assist in training, growth and development of the team as the business requires.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement refined processes to optimize operational efficiency.
* Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and exceed client expectations.
* Identify and pursue new growth opportunities to expand the business.
* Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants and vendors.
* Develop and build robust operational processes to streamline workflows.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Create and implement programs for career growth and continuous upskilling of team members.
* Identify training opportunities and provide resources to enhance professional development.
