HSE Advisor
CBRE Asia Pacific is looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to partner with leading property and facilities teams to deliver best-in-class safety across a premium portfolio.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Environmental Management Systems across commercial property assets.
Support site teams with risk management, compliance audits, and incident investigations.
Deliver HSE training, facilitate consultative forums, and promote a strong safety culture.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation, ISO standards, and AS/NZS ****.
Coordinate property risk registers and assist with audit preparation.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles within property management, facilities management, or construction.
Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related disciplines.
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation methodologies (iCAM/TapRoot), and return-to-work programmes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
Experience in commercial property, asset services, or real-estate portfolios preferred.
