Join a fast‐paced and collaborative team where you'll deliver high‐impact events and exceptional workplace experiences. This role is responsible for managing end‐to‐end event coordination, working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver seamless and engaging outcomes. You'll partner across teams to innovate and continuously improve how spaces are used and how events are experienced.

With a strong focus on teamwork and customer service, you'll contribute to a positive, supportive environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines. You'll also oversee venue bookings, budgeting, and invoicing, ensuring efficiency and value for money.

Health Manager level 1, starting salary from $87,813 - $116,824 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you will do

* Lead and deliver end‐to‐end event management for large and complex events, including client engagement, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
* Coordinate and drive building‐wide events, initiatives, and tours, continuously identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Manage and negotiate venue bookings and supplier relationships, including sourcing venues, securing contracts, and ensuring delivery within budget.
* Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating across teams to deliver seamless and engaging event experiences.
* Oversee and support purchasing and invoicing processes while providing operational support to the Front of House team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high‐quality service delivery.

About you

* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in hospitality, events, or a related field, with demonstrated supervisory or people management experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including vendors and guests.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a customer‐focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision.
* Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve issues.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
