- Proactively recruit and onboard high-quality healthcare workers for our customer, ensuring speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your recruitment operations team members to convert candidates into active workers and meet client needs efficiently.
- Manage recruitment processes, compliance, and performance targets to support workforce growth and retention.
* Full-time hybrid role (2 days WFH) – near Town Hall Station
* Monday to Friday, supportive team, training & bonuses incentives

Our ideal candidate will inspire the following:
* Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly aged care or community care, is a significant advantage.
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
* Initiative and ability to work autonomously or within a team;
* Demonstrated experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment
