Financial Operations Coordinator


A boutique hospitality group seeks a detail-oriented individual to manage high-volume invoices and process weekly payroll.

* Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
* Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities


Ideal candidates have strong AP experience and excellent organisational skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex financial processes and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
