**Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls and enquires.
- Provide clients with general superannuation & investment knowledge/Support.
- Client account maintenance and updates.
- Engage with other teams across the business.
- Facilitate, support and process transactions.
- Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills.
- Reports and documentation
**Experience Required**:
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- 6-12 Months experience in a customer service role within Financial Services.
- Must have 6 months general Knowledge base of superannuation, Investments or Wealth (from work experience in a financial services organisation).
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and clients.
