As a Learning Training and Development Advisor, you will support the team in the development, maintenance and evaluation of high-quality Learning, Training and Development materials tailored to support our diverse business.
What you will do:
In your role, you will
- Offer comprehensive advice on LT&D as well as providing support to employees delivering training and external partners receiving training.
- Drive continual improvement and develop LT&D programs suitable for in-person facilitation, virtual facilitation and/or online learning utilizing tools like Articulate 360, based on research to address diverse audience needs.
Who we are looking for:
An individual with
- Demonstrated background and experience in the LT&D.
- Qualifications in the discipline of education and/or adult learning, along with experience in training development software such as Articulate 360 will be highly
regarded though not mandatory.
- Effective communication and engagement skills to support collaboration with various stakeholders and to support colleagues.
- Proven ability to research, analyse and evaluate information to develop and maintain LT&D solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines for allocated program tasks.
