Danone has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. Working as part of the wider Accounts Receivable team, you will manage your own individual ledger whilst also collaborating with your team members on various other tasks as well as exciting finance related projects.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Reconcile incoming payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer accounts
- Manage customer claims from receipt to payment
- Make credit risk decisions on the release of credit orders daily
- Collaborate with the team on other accounts related activities
- Develop strong working relationships within your immediate team as well as stakeholders in the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams
About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Finance graduate to take their first steps in their career. You will thrive working as part of a team and collaborating with likeminded individuals to achieve a common goal whilst striving to offer the highest levels of service to your customers.
Ideally you will have:
- Finance related degree
- Some work experience, not necessarily within finance but this would be a bonus
- A naturally collaborative working style
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with ease
- A flexible approach to your work with a willingness to provide exceptional service
