An opportunity currently exists for an Associate with at least 2 years of post‐admission experience in commercial litigation to join the MinterEllison Dispute Resolution team, working closely with partners Kathryn Finlayson and Evan Goldman as well as senior lawyers. This is a leading commercial litigation and competition law practice that advises major corporates and government on high‐stakes commercial, regulatory and competition matters.
You will advise clients in the energy and resources, health and infrastructure industries and Queensland Government clients on a range of commercial and regulatory disputes and investigations.
Working in a supportive, flexible and close‐knit team, you will be solution‐driven, commercial and pragmatic, and focused on understanding our clients' needs.
More About You
* at least 2 years' of post‐admission experience in commercial litigation and regulatory disputes
* possess excellent plain English drafting skills and the confidence to advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues
