About The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Franchisee some of your responsibilities will include:
Staff management, including hiring, training, and supervising employees
Sales and customer service, ensuring excellent service and resolving customer issues
Store operations, overseeing daily activities, cash handling, and inventory management
Sales and promotions, developing strategies to increase sales and drive customer traffic
Training and development, improving employee skills and product knowledge
About You:
Previous retail sales experience, ideally selling big-ticket items
Experience with interior design or selling homewares, jewellery, furniture etc (desirable)
Exceptionally high standards of customer service
Effective communication and strong leadership skills
Experience in stock management and the necessary fitness to carry stock safely
The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets
Previous people management experience with the motivation to coach and inspire your team
