MYER is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will provide essential coordination and administrative support across campaigns for Myer’s Women’s and Men’s Apparel and Accessories categories. Exciting new opportunity in our Marketing department Join our growing MYER team Flexible hybrid working model – mix of working in our Docklands Support Office and Work-From-Home About the role: Assist in the coordination of day-to-day campaign tasks across Women’s and Men’s categories, including campaign timelines, status updates and asset tracking. Support the Marketing Specialist in briefing creative and media teams organising inputs from concession and national brand partners. Coordinate the collection, tracking and filing of product samples for campaign shoots and content creation. Assist with delivery of marketing assets across digital, social, in-store signage, email and Myer.com.au. Ensure accurate brand partner logos, imagery and campaign inclusions are filed and ready for use. Liaise with internal teams such as Creative, Buying, Merchandise, and eComm to name a few to follow up on deliverables, inputs, and status updates. Help prepare meeting materials, WIP agendas, and follow-up summaries for internal reviews. Assist with processing advertising subsidy documentation and budget tracking. Maintain marketing calendars, campaign archives and team filing systems. About you: 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, retail, or fashion coordination role. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills. Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with marketing or workflow platforms (e.g. Wrike, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
