One of the projects involves the modernisation of HR Reporting & Analytics end user corporate reporting tool (Business Objects) is an on-premises solution by SAP running on dedicated servers. It is the central repository for HR reports, which are also utilised by Payroll, Finance and Equity Services. Key responsibilities: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities. Where applicable retrofit change strategies/plans depending on the phase and remaining project outcomes. Create and update the change strategy and plan through feasibility to ongoing support. Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact. Conduct an assessment of change impact and formulate change resistance plans. Create and distribute key project communications. Create and support training and training material creation. Support user experience and lead engagement sessions. Lead and support risk identification and mitigation. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Actively engage and support leaders and key stakeholders across the change. Provide Change updates to key project resources (i.e. Project Steering Groups). Key skills and experience required: Proven experience leading complex/large-scale ICT change initiatives in a high-pressure environment. Expertise in fostering connections and ensuring smooth transitions for impacted teams across complex technology projects. Proficiency and proven experience applying change methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR to structure change efforts and aligning these methodologies to project and organisation goals. Strong written ability to craft messaging, facilitate discussions, and gain buy-in. Strong communication ability, with experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders across projects and demonstrated expertise in clearly articulating change initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. Capability to assess risks, track progress, and ensure successful implementation. Experience establishing mechanisms to refine strategies and enhance adoption. Experience managing resistance and fostering collaboration. Experience navigating high-pressure environments with composure and making informed choices under pressure. Ability to adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs and unforeseen challenges.
