Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Shutdown Project Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing project costs to ensure efficiency and budget alignment.
You will work collaboratively with Planners, Schedulers, Execution Coordinators and Cost Controllers to optimise project resourcing and identify waste trends. Your duties will also include supporting the development of 2Y budgets/5Y Planning, tracking commitments, estimation of accruals, monitoring the impact of scope change, and completion of end-of-month submissions.
* Critical Tasks:
* Monitor and analyse project costs
* Collaborate with Planners, Schedulers, and other team members
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Track and report schedule progress
* Mitigate potential risks and develop recovery plans
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in project control and cost management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
