MORTGAGE AND FINANCE BROKER

Remuneration: $80K - $110K + Super + Bonus

THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Finance Broker to join our Riverton office, offering flexibility to work in a hybrid setting.
The role suits someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a broker or para-broker. It would also suit an experienced credit analyst or para-broker who is ready to take the next step to grow into a broker role. You will think outside the box to structure solutions, focus on customer outcomes, and be supported by a highly experienced team with comprehensive back-end and system support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage clients through the lending journey from initial enquiry, workshopping, and presenting scenarios.
· Full back-end support for lodgement, tracking and settlements.
· Apply creative problem-solving to structure complex lending scenarios
· Provide strategic advice across residential and commercial lending.
· Prepare, lodge and monitor loan applications with full back-end support.
· Communicate proactively and build strong, long-term client relationships.
· Maintain compliance and stay up to date with lender policy and industry changes.
· Collaborate closely with a friendly, supportive team.
· No need for cold calling or networking with a solid existing client base and regular leads
ABOUT YOU (REQUIREMENTS)
· You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker, Para-Broker or Credit Analyst role.
· You love working with people and want to focus on finding solutions and delivery excellent outcomes for clients.
· You are looking to grow in your career and build your skillset
· You have a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
· You have a strong understanding of lender policies, loan structures and compliance requirements.
· Able to think creatively and "outside the box" to deliver effective solutions.
· You have great attention to detail and compliance
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer-outcome focused.
· Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple files simultaneously.
· Positive, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
* Technically savvy and comfortable with various software and systems
* Experience in commercial and SMSF lending would be highly regarded
· Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
