* Band 4 $70,457 - $ 79,232 + super + monthly day off
* Full Time – 12 Months Max-term (Maternity Cover)

About the opportunity – Are you looking for a role where your organisational skills keep things moving? As our Administration Officer (Fleet & Workshop), you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and workshop services. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a real impact supporting essential council operations.

You will make an impact by

* Administering fleet management systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinating service bookings, repairs, and warranty work for council vehicles.
* Preparing reports, purchase orders, and assisting with procurement processes.
* Providing responsive customer service to internal teams and external suppliers.
* Supporting business improvement initiatives and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

What you will bring

* Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a small, close-knit team.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with fleet systems or council IT platforms is an advantage.
* A current Victorian Driver Licence.
* Interest in fleet operations or vehicles is a bonus
