About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to lead category strategy and insight across Coles and Woolworths, partnering closely with senior retail stakeholders and internal commercial teams.
This role is responsible for driving category growth through shopper insight, promotional effectiveness, pricing architecture, and performance reporting.
You will play a critical role in influencing retailer strategy while supporting internal sales teams with compelling, data-backed recommendations.
This is a highly visible role within the business, suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of insight, strategy, and execution.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Category Manager or Senior Category Analyst or Revenue Growth Manager within the food/FMCG supplier environment
Direct experience managing Coles and Woolworths on the supplier side is essential
Strong capability in category strategy, range reviews, space planning, and promotional analysis
Advanced experience with category and shopper data tools (e.g. Circana/IRI, Quantium, Nielsen)
Confident communicator able to influence both internal stakeholders and major retail partners
Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
