Make Your Mark for Patients
We are looking for an inspiring and proactive Talent Partner, East of Intercontinental to join us at our AU office. This role will be responsible for both regional and local scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops a deep understanding of the business context and strategic priorities to be an active & proactive key partner for business and organization decisions. This means contracting on aligned Talent priorities and agenda to drive business and add value to patients. This also leads to build, buy and borrow Talent plans to be implemented with the manager and Talent team members in order to grow key capabilities (eg. Launch) for UCB.
* Partners with business leaders on key transformational or critical projects (eg. Org change, launches, crisis situations), bringing in perspective taking, organizational design and change management skills, and coordinate the implementation in collaboration with local teams.
* Supports organizational change while prioritizing time to most impactful interventions: enabling cultural consistency, change management, leadership enhancement, critical talent development and retention, engagement.
* Partners with Learning and Talent Development Team to enable ongoing development of Local leadership teams through various leadership enhancement and development activities.
* Partners with leadership and Local Talent Teams to drive performance growth and talent development processes such as workforce planning, budgeting, performance review, TOR, objective setting etc.
* Implements reward strategies and processes in close collaboration with the TRO and Local Talent teams, ensures execution of global policy and process in IC East affiliates.
* Leads staffing of key regional positions through partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and Local talent teams and promotes internal mobility.
* Works with regional Talent team and Local Talent team to effectively manage employee lifecycle and employee relations matters, and advises stakeholders on risks and implications of individual and team strategies and actions, ensuring seamless collaboration with Local talent team and Talent operation on execution.
* Contributes as a core member to regional strategic Talent projects hereby building on strong understanding of and connection to the business (leaders), sharing insights in real business needs, and ensuring integration in day-to-day business partnership when it comes to implementation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Human Resource development, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or other related discipline.
* Ability to work across cultures and display cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
* Strong industry and Strong business acumen and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operating model design and execution.
* Excellent communication skills, good English both oral and written.
* Ability to influence and inspire teams and leaders at all levels with or without direct supervisory responsibility.
