Primary Objective
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this senior leadership role is responsible for delivering enterprise‐wide people and culture strategies that enable organisational performance, capability and cultural maturity. As a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, you will provide contemporary human resource and employee relations expertise while leading a small, high‐performing People and Culture team. The role balances strategic influence with hands‐on leadership and plays a key role in workforce planning, leadership capability, employee relations, organisational change and people governance.
