About the Role
As a Contact Centre Consultant at Mike Carney Toyota, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle service bookings, answer inquiries, and provide expert advice to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering Calls – Friendly voice of the brand, ensuring a smooth customer experience while meeting team KPIs.
* Service Bookings & Inquiries – Schedule service appointments, provide cost estimates, and upsell services with clear, transparent communication.
* Data Integrity – Maintain accurate customer details in the system, ensuring seamless interactions.
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with your team to meet goals, cover shifts, and support smooth operations.
* Daily Admin – Manage emails, follow‐ups, and parts lists while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
