We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique law firm with a supportive culture and excellent reputation, looking for a friendly and organised professional to join their team.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, it could be 3 full days per week or 4 days during school hours. We are happy to discuss what works best for you.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing phones, reception, and admin inboxes
- Opening new client files and document management (scanning, filing, saving)
- Preparing and copying legal documents
- Data entry
- Keeping kitchen/photocopier areas organised
About You:
- Confident and professional when talking to clients on the phone or in person
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive
- Experience in a legal office is a plus, but not essential; candidates from other professional office backgrounds (accounting, administration, etc.) are welcome
- This role could be ideal for a working parent or someone returning to the workforce
