The Opportunity
Walshs is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our commercial glazing division, positioning ProInstall as a trusted, high-performing partner in the mid-tier fitout market.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for sales growth, financial performance, operational delivery, and team culture.
You'll report directly to the Executive Director and sit on the Senior Management Team.
The Role
You will take ownership of the ProInstall division end-to-end, including:
Driving revenue growth, margin recovery, and pipeline development
Developing, implementing and monitoring initiatives to ensure best-practice in customer service, project management and project delivery.
Strengthening customer relationships across builders, architects, designers and key accounts
Leading sales, estimating, and project delivery to meet budgeted targets
Implementing service and delivery improvements, including CRM rollout and workflow redesign
Intervening early in underperforming projects and correcting course
Building, coaching and developing a capable leadership and delivery team
Establishing clear reporting, dashboards and performance metrics
This is not a desk-bound role.
It requires commercial judgement, decisiveness, and the confidence to lead change in a live operating environment.
The Person
You'll bring:
Qualifications in Sales, Project or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
Extensive experience in the building or construction industry, ideally glazing, fitout or commercial projects
A proven record of leading teams to successful outcomes
Strong commercial and financial acumen with accountability for budgets and sales targets
Strong sales skills with the ability to build customer confidence
Clear, persuasive communication and calm decision-making under pressure
A strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality outcomes
Advanced Excel capability and a current driver's licence
