Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
About the Role
* This is a full-time position based in Torrensville, offering a challenging and exciting work environment.
* You will be working as part of a dynamic team, where no two days are ever the same.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, including telephone manner, and previous experience in a call centre environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Create and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Process customer orders and/or enquiries efficiently and accurately.
* Perform administrative tasks as required, supporting the team in achieving its objectives.
