* As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates and providing excellent customer service to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
* Ensure all sales associates are aware of product knowledge and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.
* Ability to motivate and lead a team of up to 20 team members.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable).
* First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
