The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic, Electrician, or Dual-Trade Technician to join our team. This role is available as either Residential Position in Karratha or FIFO Position (ex Perth). We have flexibility depending on your lifestyle and preferred work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
Work across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration OR
A-Grade Electrical Licence (with or without split ticket) OR
Dual Trade (highly desirable)
Full ARCtick Licence (for refrigeration roles)
Restricted electrical licence (minimum for refrigeration mechanics)
Current manual driver's licence
Strong fault-finding skills
Ability to work safely in hot Pilbara conditions
Great attitude and strong work ethic
