Darren Frame is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Baker to join their team. The Role As a Baker you will need to possess the following: Baking gourmet, artisan breads including sourdoughs, Casalingas, gluten free ranges, Turkish breads, pies and baguettes Preparation of pastry and fillings Dough mixing Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times Inspecting quality of products throughout production process. Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply with occupational health and safety regulations. Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered.
