IT and Resource Officer (Technical Services)

This is a full-time role commencing Monday 4 August, or by negotiation, includes four weeks leave and an additional five days between Christmas and the New Year. We are seeking a technically skilled IT and Resource Officer (Technical Services) to join our Learning Hub team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality IT, digital and audio-visual support to staff and students, ensuring seamless access to secure and reliable technology systems. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration and professional growth. Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline IT support to staff and students
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
Maintain and support endpoint services (laptops, desktops, tablets)
Install and manage AV and classroom technologies for daily use and events
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Contribute to IT documentation, policy development and continuous improvement
Support live events with AV setup and post-production tasks
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
