Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Ecologist, and have sound ecological survey, reporting and assessment skills. About You: We are looking for an experienced Senior Ecologist who has the following: Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, botany, zoology, environmental science (or similar) 5 years relevant experience Accreditation or experience under the SA Native Vegetation Act 1991 is highly desirable Terrestrial flora and/or fauna survey experience, including the capacity to plan surveys and coordinate field teams Demonstrated experience in project managing medium and large-scale development and/or biodiversity projects Experienced in developing and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, government agencies and fellow team members Demonstrated experience in the collection and interpretation of ecological and spatial data Strong verbal / written communication skills including experience in preparing and reviewing reports.
