About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join a high-performing sales team.
Working alongside a results-driven leadership team, you will help uphold and exceed the premium standards expected by prestige automotive customers. This role suits a motivated sales professional who is customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the end-to-end vehicle sales process
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
* Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional and engaging manner
* Maintain accurate records and manage follow‑up activitiesWork collaboratively within the sales team to support dealership success
About You
* Previous experience in automotive sales (prestige brand experience highly regarded)

* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Proactive, professional, and positive approach to achieving results
* Current Australian driver's licence
