Opal HealthCare is currently looking for a motivated individual with a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives to join our ever growing national team. This role provides great variety of responsibilities to work autonomously and as part of the dynamic team.
About the role:
1. Fixed-term 3 months contract
2. Based in Burwood
3. 2 days WFH
4. Identifying, attracting & matching talented individuals to fulfilling job opportunities
5. Creating & advertising job vacancies
6. Providing support to General Managers in relation to recruitment processes
7. Liaising with local & national Business Partners
8. Building strong pipeline of candidates
9. Guiding applicants throughout the recruitment processes
10. Building & maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders
11. Providing training & guidance to broader teams
12. Managing visa sponsorships
13. Assisting General Managers with pre-employment checks
14. Sourcing candidates for a variety of aged care based role
15. Working on strategy project such as Graduate Nurse Programs, Assessment Centers, Acquisitions and more.
16. Working on Traineeship & SBATs programs
17. Working alongside marketing team on digital campaigns
