Sales Executive (213807) Sydney, Australia
Salary: AUD120000 - AUD150000 per annum + super and benefits
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key accounts and distribution partners to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Execute sales plans, including product placement, promotions, and channel expansion with retailers - Kmart, Big W, Target, Amazon.
* Prepare forecasts, track performance, and manage orders.
* Handle account administration, including reporting, pricing, and delivery updates.
* Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and trade activation's.
* Support inventory and demand planning to optimise stock levels.
* Liaise with finance on credit terms, invoicing, and payments.
* Deliver sales presentations and seasonal line reviews with buyers.
* Monitor competitors and customer insights to inform strategies.
* Represent the business at trade shows and key meetings; travel as needed.
Requirements:
* 3 years in retail account management or sales, preferably in consumer products, FMCG, or toys.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable managing both sales and operational tasks across multiple accounts.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
* Analytical, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
* Proactive team player with ambition to grow into a senior commercial role.
