Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
We're partnering with a leading renewable infrastructure business to find a
Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
who thrives on delivery. This is a doer role – perfect for someone with around
3.5–4 years' experience
who wants to run their own engagement activities, build trust with communities, and contribute to nationally significant projects.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting and delivering community and stakeholder engagement plans.
Running less contentious projects independently and confidently.
Representing the business in local communities through meetings, site visits, and one-on-one conversations.
Preparing communication materials such as newsletters, updates, presentations and online content.
Supporting risk identification and helping maintain positive relationships with community members and landholders.
Working closely with multidisciplinary internal teams.
What we're looking for:
3.5–4 years' experience
in stakeholder engagement, community engagement, or similar.
Demonstrated experience writing and delivering engagement strategies.
Ability to independently run lower-risk or less contentious projects.
Understanding of IAP2 concepts
and contemporary engagement practices.
A collaborative, grounded, and culturally aware approach.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel every 3 weeks for 2–3 nights (flexible based on project needs).
Driver's licence.
