* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing retail operations, leading the team, visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock management.
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless shopping throughout the store.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales growth and controlling costs for the store.
* Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
* Support the development of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
* Encourage continuous improvement within the team by providing timely feedback.
