No two days are the same You will be onboarding new offices to the franchise, have extensive involvement with the operations of the business, and most importantly you will work alongside one of the best CEO's in the industry, who is approachable, passionate, motivating & down-to-earth.
**The Role**:
- Co-Manage CEO's diary
- Support in on-boarding new offices & franchises to the business
- Managing general operation of all offices & staff
- Controlling CRM & streamlining systems and processes
- Prepare for listing presentations, liaising with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with the business & agents
- Managing CEO's appointments, market research & preparing for listing presentations & meetings
- You must be punctual, highly organised & have great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment & strive for excellence
- High level of customer service
