Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Construction Manager to support our Fixed Plant Maintenance works within the Karratha region. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee and support the execution of our shutdown and maintenance portfolio, ensuring works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and schedule. This role entails providing effective leadership to our superintendents and other supervision staff, as well as liaising with client representatives to maintain our established professional relationships and capitalise on growth opportunities. The successful candidate will see themselves providing clear and quality management, promoting our strong safety and people culture, whilst continuing to drive the success of our portfolio. The roster is 5:2:4:3, or 9:5, Karratha local or FIFO from Perth, WA.

Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing shutdowns across RTIO ports at Cape Lambert and Dampier
* Providing clear leadership and guidance to our Superintendents and other personnel
* Establish strong frameworks and processes to maintain alignment with execution and delivery strategies
* Build and develop our client relationships to expand our presence within the area
* Uphold our safety focused culture, ensuring all works are carried out compliant with all safety procedures
* Manage commercial performance, including managing budgets and cost forecasts, optimising where possible
* Support investigations and the implementation of corrective procedures whilst driving our high standards
What you'll bring
* Prior experience in a client-facing management or superintendent role
* Proven knowledge of RTIO policies and standards of work
* Prior experience managing the maintenance and remediation of fixed plant assets
* Strong analytical skills from a mechanical perspective
* Ability to develop governance frameworks and processes to drive success of the team
* Confidence managing cost disciplines and commercial performance
* Established professional relationship building skills
* Effective leadership skills, with a passion for the success of your team and driving continuous improvement
