As an Employment Consultant, you'll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Tailoring services and support to participants using a person-centred approach
* Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities
* Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
* Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
* Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers
* Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
