We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our national team and make a real impact.
Based in our Tuggerah office, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a Senior Broker with managing a busy and highly successful portfolio of loyal clients.
About the Role
Working closely with a senior broker, you'll play a key role in managing and growing this unique portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Processing new business, renewals, and policy maintenance
* Preparing quotations, negotiating with underwriters, and compiling reports
* Managing client relationships via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support for inquiries, policy updates, and general insurance needs
* Supporting new business development activities

About You
With a background in general insurance and a Tier 1 in Insurance Broking, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to your clients.
You have:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities & an understanding of Business Packs
An interest in sport is a plus With many of the clients you will service being Firearms businesses, and sporting organisations/clubs, your enthusiasm for sport will help you build strong relationships and understand their unique needs.
